The team is home, safe and sound. Thank you for your prayers. The Penza
Christmas project was an amazing blessing to all involved. Most of all,
we thank God for the privilege of being part of what He is doing!

We have so much to tell you but little time to write. New Years was incredible.
We spent 7 hours with the most special kids we have ever been with (at
Nizhni Lomov). We played, had a wonderful program, had a wonderful dinner,
watched the Incredibles in Russian, had a carnival, and shot off hundreds
of fireworks. It was a blessing and a special night. The most amazing
thing we saw was how the kids adapted to us instead of us to them. Wow.
One boy played perfection with his mouth due the fact that he has no arms.
He beat everyone.

After all sorts of airline acrobatics, the team has arrived safely in
Penza, Russia for this year's Christmas outreach to the orphanages. The
trip includes a New Year's Eve party with children and teens at the special
needs orphanage, an evangelistic banquet, and Christmas celebrations at
six orphanages with stockings, gifts, singing, drama, and carnival games,
all wrapped in the message of Christ as the Reason for the season of celebration.
